It’s okay

It’s okay to cry, to be sad, to feel depressed, to feel apathetic, to feel like giving up.

It’s okay to pour out your emotions, to let them out, to feel vulnerable.

It’s okay to feel scared, terrified or pained.

But one thing determines how it all ends, how it all affect you. One factor, the most important: what you do immediately after pouring out your emotions.

Do you go to your father in heaven in prayers, seeking for your peace of mind to return to you or do you let yourself get overwhelmed by these emotions?
